This notice explains how we process the personal data you share with us through our website, by email or on WhatsApp.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

The name, email address, phone number, company name and message you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.

3. Why we process it

  • To reply to your request
  • To review the scope of work and prepare a quote
  • To contact you about the quote and the engagement

4. Legal basis

We process this data because it is needed to take steps toward a contract at your request, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Where Turkish law applies, the relevant basis is Article 5(2)(c) and (f) of Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

5. Who we share it with

We share your data only with the service providers we use for these purposes: website and form hosting (Netlify, Inc., USA), email (GoDaddy) and messaging (WhatsApp, Meta Platforms). Their servers are located outside Türkiye. When you use the contact form, the transfer is based on the explicit consent you give in the form, as required by Article 9 of the KVKK. The USA has not been designated by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board as a country with adequate protection, so your data may not receive the same level of protection there. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to finance@teamsfinance.com. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for 2 years from the last message. For clients, data is kept for the periods required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, ask who it has been shared with, and object to its processing. Under Turkish law these rights are set out in Article 11 of the KVKK.
